When you wake up in the morning, it is rare that you can remember your dream. But sometimes, if it is possible, then in general, images from the dream turn out to be quite blurred, light, and this effect we will try to achieve in this lesson.

First, we’re going to try an image. We right-click/Duplicate layer. Or “Ctrl+J” on your keyboard. Next we go to: Filter / Blur/Gaussian Blur. Here we need to set the blur radius. The more you have small details in the image, the smaller the radius should be. In this case we’ll set it to 3 pixels. Click “OK”.

Go further: Filter / Blur / Radial blur / method Linear / number of 20 and clamped mouse button you can move the point where the line will come from. Set it this way and click “OK”. You see we have an effect and further lighten our image a little.

Press “Ctrl+L”. We have the levels open and drag the markers. In this way, we will lighten our image a bit. Press “OK” again. And now we need to select in Blending Modes/Blend Overlay. And we get a pretty bright picture.

You can see the original, what picture we had, and what picture we have become. Thus, with the help of fairly easy combinations in Photoshop you can achieve very impressive results.

And that’s the end of this lesson.
